I purchased this cutter as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it. It came in an elegant black box which was perfect as a gift. It has become my husband's favorite cigar cutter from his collection. It's sharp and easy to use and the wood accent gives it a classy look. I highly recommend this product.

This is a cheap version of a butterfly cutter. The blades are not specially sharp. Not as good as a covariant for sure But it’s cheap enough if you don’t want to spend so much money and it does work.

The ergonomics are good and I prefer a double guillotine cutter. But this one tends to stick in a half-open position - I think the rivets are too tight. So it is OK but not really better than the cheap plastic finger-hole cutters.

This item looks good and appears to be of a good value, but it is grossly defective. The blade does not fully open, preventing most cigars from being properly cut. I had seen similar comments in previous reviews, but I thought this may be an uncommon defect. Well...I received a cutter with the same defect.

Blades did not operate as smoothly as I would expect - seemed to stick a bit. Maybe this will free up with more usage.

I've only cut a handful of cigars but seems to work great. It looks amazing too
