Overall Good fit and practicle to carry when fasten all the given belts. Concerning part is quality of material and stitching. I returned from a weeklong trip (first time with this new bag) and already see stitches are pulled apart. And lower back right corner of laptop compartment got a hole visible from outside.

I am writing this review with deep regret and frustration after receiving the Impulse rucksack that I ordered. To be very honest, this has been one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I have had on Amazon. When I placed the order, I was very clear about my preference – I specifically selected the BLUE color because it matched my usage needs and personal liking. However, what I actually received is GREY (as you can clearly see in my attached image). This is not a minor issue – color is a key factor for many buyers, and sending the wrong color shows a complete lack of attention to detail. As if that wasn’t enough, the problems don’t end there. Upon carefully inspecting the bag, I noticed that a few of the zippers are already damaged and not functioning smoothly. For a rucksack, zippers are the most crucial element for usability and durability – if they’re broken right from the beginning, how long will this bag even last? Instead of excitement for a new purchase, I am now left with nothing but regret and irritation. The overall experience has made me feel that: My expectations were ignored. The brand’s quality check is either missing or ineffective. The inconvenience caused to me (wrong color + damaged parts) has totally ruined the purpose of buying this bag in the first place. After paying the full amount and trusting the brand, I certainly did not expect such negligence. I strongly believe that when a customer faces this kind of issue, they deserve not just an apology but also a compensatory benefit for the inconvenience and loss of trust. At the very least, I expect: A replacement in the exact BLUE color that I originally ordered. A thoroughly quality-checked product with proper functioning zippers. Some form of compensation (discount, partial refund, or added benefit) for the hassle and sheer disappointment this has caused me. Frankly, I purchased this bag with excitement and now feel cheated. If this is the quality of service and product handling, I honestly cannot recommend this brand to other customers unless corrective action is taken. Brands and sellers must value customer satisfaction, especially when mistakes like this happen. I sincerely hope my issue is resolved at the earliest because right now, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, angry, and with very little trust in the brand.

It's nice and comfortable, not too big as one would expect for 75 litres. I'd say it's around 60 to be fair. Cons- 1) Poor stitching and material, can be easily torn. The one I got had a little tear inside the main compartment. 2) No frame, so It can't stand upright. 3) The side waist pockets aren't really accessible when wearing the bag. And a regular wallet doesn't fit inside. Rest everything's great :)
