Ebb & Flow

I bought this book on Amazon when it first came out, early Sept. I just sat down today and spent a little over 2 hours reading it, cover to cover. I was completely overwhelmed at the insight I was given by each chapter. It felt like it was written for me directly in how it covered so much of my life lessons and growth. I believe the Author was truly inspired by Spirit to share these words at a time like this, when so many people are feeling at their lowest. It gave me hope and Faith in myself, to be who I truly am and Love who I truly am.

Ebb and flow is the perfect read!! Deja’s words guide you through the highs and lows of life. When you think you are alone in your healing or growth, this book will help you feel centered and know that many of us deal with the same repercussions and truth of life that we are afraid of. This book is helping me get through these difficult times. It gives me hope, faith and trust that life has a purpose and I have a purpose. No matter what page I open up my book to, it speaks to me. I LOVE IT!

Deja Rae's vulnerability in her writing has always been incredibly appealing. She pours her heart out into her words and it shows. It is important to show others our scars so we can help each other heal. Deja does that better than most. I expect to return to her writing quite often.
