Q: Is this self adhesive and is this for porthole window I’m cabin?

I used it for a hatch on my boat. It had no adhesive, which was good. I was able to lay in some silicone where the gasket foot slides into the track that holds it. Pressing in the foot forced the silicone into cracks to make a good seal.
