Just simply doesn't fit most sizes of bread in, and if a toaster can't do that then what exactly is the point?! It could be forgiven if it had slots wide enough that you could toast the bread on its side, but you can't even do that with this!It lacks a bagel setting, which is a shame as the slots are probably just the right size for a bagel. It also has 2 crumb trays, but you will constantly find yourself wiping up crumbs from beneath the toaster, so what purpose do the crumb trays serve but to deflect the crumbs onto the surface beneath? The trays are also only accessible from the rear of the toaster, meaning you have to move it to get at them, and that also seems to induce crumb dispersion to the work surface. It's not particularly well thought out, or implemented.Honestly, not worth the price. Look elsewhere. Unless of course, you buy small loaves, don't eat bagels, and have a mat under your toaster to catch the crumbs from the crumb trays.

This toaster looks great , arrived quickly however paint chipped instantly and parts come off. Bought the kettle to match and did the same thing. Very disappointing especially as leading high street brands better quality for cheaper. Don’t waste your money. I’ll be buying from somewhere else shortly as too lazy to sort out return.

It's just a very decent toaster. Toasts bread very well especially compared to our last attempt at a new toaster from Russell Hobbs (#23380 single slot).We hadn't heard of Tower's brand before, and I was skeptical if the toaster might look cheap in person vs the sorts of doctored photos they use on product images. But I have to say it holds up under light of day and it does the most basic function it should, toasts bread evenly.1 star removed because there is still the top of bread not toasted. I implore toaster manufacturers of the world and sliced bread distributors to unite, or maybe just hold a little pow-wow once every 5 years to align on some basics together.

I love how it looks, very elegant and combination white and gold rose is just perfect. I m afraid if you have a fussy eater at home (like my daughter) you need to buy another toaster as this one ( tower toaster) just toasts one side of bread.As I love its desing I tried three of them (I sent it back twice and got third one) but still the same problem .....:(

The toaster looks great. Especially with the other Tower kitchen products that are white and rose gold. However, the slots will only fit small sized loaves or bagels. If you like toastie or plain bread this is no good. I have had to return the item as it’s not fit for purpose for me. If you buy small sized loaves it will be great.
