I really liked this iron but it no longer works. Too late to return it….so now I have a paperweight. It gave lots of steam when it was working.After contacting Amazon who helped me contact the seller I have requested the replacement they offered. Hope the 2nd one lasts longer.

I am editing my original review because as soon as the seller was made aware of the issue they sent me a new iron! Great customer service!It was good when it was working, light weight, heated up quickly, but only lasted 3-1/2 months. I do use it a lot but it seems like it should have lasted longer than that!

Works well. No complaints. Had it about 3 months and no problems.

Iron just stopped working after six months. Decided to use it to iron my clothes one evening and water just started draining out of it and it has never worked afterwards.

This is an excellent iron. I don’t necessarily “iron,” instead, I steam the clothes. This is light weight to hold up while I steam. It’s easy to handle and it steams a lot. I am very pleased. This was the cheaper of all the other irons I looked at. Turns out it was the best one.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE YET AGAIN: After enjoying this iron and being happy with the fact that it does not shut off, I've hit a snag.This thing has started leaking like crazy! It started out just a small amount of water, but has escalated into a full rain storm. I'm so sad because I liked everything else about it. Sorry, but it goes into the closet. It's too late to return, so I'll just put it away and use for emergencies.Instructions were confusing and did not address the problem of removing the "steam base". I finally just pulled on the part as shown in the video and it came out. Other than that, and having to figure out how to work it myself, the iron seems pretty good. I've only used it a couple of times, so far, so good. As of now, I'm glad I purchased it. I've bought several of the high priced ones, and been very disappointed, so this is a win for me.UDATE: I've been using this iron every day for a couple of weeks and I have to say, it beats all the expensive ones I've had hands down! I saw a review about it holding too little water, however, I add a cup of water to begin the day, leave it on all day, and I still have water in the tank. Being someone who sews, an iron that DOES NOT SHUT OFF automatically is a wonderful thing. This thing gets hot and stays hot! I am so glad that I got it! If you sew, you should give it a try.
