Durable cable that works great outdoors.
In the world of rising goods, everyone is racing to the top with the price but not necessarily quality with wires, it is always risky to try a product without a review. So here you go, I took the dive. Cable is really durable with both jackets and was easy to work with running it outside. I have it several lines buried in the ground and then running up several trees for camera/network equipment. Have had several hundred feet left out in the sun while waiting for accompanying holes and had no issues/damage from the weather and possibly being run over several times.

held up through all sorts of weather.
since running several runs of this cat5e wire from home to detached garage for poe cameras, internet, and hdmi extension, it's held up well. I live in Colorado and we've had 90 degrees 1 day, and literally snowing the next at the end of May at that, windy as i've ever seen it over the past few months, and this has held up. Only time will tell. But so far, i'm liking it.

Easy and good quality.
This is good quality CAT5e cable. The cable is sturdy and flexible. The sheathing is protective and slides through conduit well. The individual wires are well-wrapped, flexible, and good quality. The dispenser box is simple and functions well. The cable was wrapped and stored nicely in the box. The cable comes out through the center hole nicely. The center hole cap has a convenient cable clip/holder. I wanted to work my way through the majority of this box before leaving a review. To make sure some of the things that I am seeing in other reviews did not happen with my box. The box. The box that the cable comes in is pretty typical. The cable pulls from the hole in the center and unwinds nicely. Over the course of multiple different installation projects, the cable pulled nicely and with about 150 ft of cable left in the box, I have not had a single tangle. The cable has pulled nicely without kink or tangle each time. The only issue I had with the box was when it was full of cable, the cardboard handle did not hold up to the full weight and tore. After a little tape and the first pull, never had an issue again. After each pull, i clipped the end of the cable on the clip, where it remained until the next pull. The cable. The cable is nicely wound, it has a very sturdy outer coating and a second interior coating. The cable is rated for direct burial, but I've run each job in conduit, just for some added protection from shovels and other digging hazards, the wire has a fighting chance. But the double coating definitely appears rugged enough for direct bury applications. The outer coating also makes pulling the cable through conduit very easy. It is a bit harder plastic and this makes is slippery. Which is great. I was able to pull two strands of this cable through a 200ft conduit with 4 90-degree bends all by myself. Very happy with the performance through conduit. The strands were pretty typical. They straightened nicely and terminated as expected. The longest single run I've used this for is right at 250ft and signal/speed/stability is solid. The gel. Bring your gloves and towels. The gel is NO FUN to get on your hands and tools, especially when working through multiple terminations. But the gel is consistent and applied throughout the cable. I'm happy to have it in there for any possibility of a break/crack/hole for when the cable is exposed. SO, having used about 800ft of this cable in a variety of different areas and applications, it is working just as I would expect. I am very happy with this cable.

50/50 Good or Bad Cabling
I ran two runs of this for some cameras and it was great, a few small kinks when getting it out of the box, but nothing major. Then, I tried to make more runs to have nothing but issues. The cabling stopped coming out poorly, but the cable in the box looks like crap. About every five feet there are deep pinches in the cable. Some of which have internal damage preventing data from being sent. I've cut open the wire ten inches from a pinch and peeled back the coating to try and not create self damage on the pinched spots. When I got to the point of interest five times out of ten the wires were damaged inside exposing the copper or the cabling when wiggled would rip off. I would avoid this cable and get a different brand. Unless you are fine with short runs. Otherwise it's a gamble if it will work or not. I've had to redo a few cable runs just because of the poor quality control on this cable. Some of it works fine, while others I can't even get a video feed from a camera. Not worth the time and effort to even install this cable, unless this is improved.

MADE IN CHINA
This cable I think is ok. Little disappointed that it is made in China. I would rather have USA made cable. It’s very rare to see failures within a year. Time will tell

Issue with passing video at anything over 250'
I had two underground (in conduit) runs from an entry gate to a customers home. The cable tested fine for all connections. NO VIDEO! I moved the power inserter directly to the camera instead of POE from the home and still NO VIDEO! This was a puzzle. The cameras tested out fine at the house but NO VIDEO at the gate. After spending more than 8 hrs. on two separate days, I replaced the cable with another manufacture. Guess what... I have VIDEO. Not a happy camper. I will not get paid for all the time finding the problem with this install. I'd love to hear from someone from the company.

Has been great so far
For the last year or two I've just used typical indoor cat5e for my external poe cameras and access points. The sun has cooked it real good and I've been worried about it. I've pulled 3 runs of about 120ft from this box with no issues, and next will be another buried cable for a garden access point. The inside goo (more like a thick jelly) was a new experience but not too much of a problem. Just keep a rag handy. No issues slicing through both layers of the jacket with my crimper either. More resistance than a single layered cable, but also no issues. Good signal and poe voltage on each, so no complaints there! Looking forward to seeing how long it will last in the direct summer sun and stuffed into clay soil.
