I think I've finally found the hair tie that works for my wavy, thick-textured, heavy, long hair -- these are stretchy, wide, and can hold thick hair in a bun perfectly, all day long. And best of all, there has been no snagging and no observable dents (or kinks) on my hair ! I'm also seeing less hair fall since using these. I've been trying out so many varieties of hair ties in the hope that they would go around my thick, wavy, heavy hair and hold it in place without sagging or coming undone, when I want to do a simple braid or tie it into a bun (the latter being my go-to hairstyle almost all day, everyday... these days), but none have worked so far, until I found this one! I do believe they are also a real value for money because you get so many in a pack. I believe there are two of each color, and there's several different colors in a pack, so I'm pretty sure I won't have to buy replacements for a long time.

These are awesome hair ties! I have hair down to the middle of my back and it's extremely thick. So finding a hair tie that's tough enough to hold it up is a challenge. Seen these on Amazon and thought I'd give them a go. These work! They hold my hair and don't seem to lose elasticity throughout the day. Come in a variety of colors to match most out fits. I'm in the process of making a second order. Try them!

These are the solution I have been waiting for. Elastics don't work for me anymore with my silver/gray hair, I was always frustrated because my hair would snag and tangle and break. I tried cotton headbands and they work ok but they don't have that springy stretch and would always need to be redone or would be too tight and pull my hair. These are perfect - they are made from a super stretchy cotton like fabric in a full loop with no seam or metal connection. They are soft and gentle on my hair but hold it in place perfectly whether I am doing a messy bun or a braid, without making me feel like it is pulling my hair out at the roots because it is too tight. And the price is right. Highly recommend!

I first bought hair ties from this brand 2 years back when my hair reached a few inches below waist length and I needed to start banding my hair to maintain it. The ties were much thicker and seemed to be a very heavy duty, sturdy elastic cloth material. But when I ordered them this time, they seem to be much lighter weight and not as thick and sturdy, so I’m not sure how long these will last. But so far they seem to be working out just fine. They seem to be able to hold my thick hair in place so I’m happy with the product. Ps. The last bands seemed to stretch out of shape after 15-30 uses when stretched 25% over its normal resting capacity. I also noticed that if you use oils on your hair and if they get wet the life span decreases quicker. So I hope these new ones will last a little longer.

These hair ties are soft, gentle and hold up my long hair in a ponytail nicely. I enjoy all the fun colors that gives me a lot to choose from to match them with my outfit or add as a contrasting color. This is also an update from the review of three years ago, I believe. I liked them so much I ordered two more sets as gifts for my nieces. They loved them. I had been wanting to order me another set recently. So I did. For some reason they sent me the smaller size bands and the colors were half vibrant and half neutral colors. I was very disappointed. I decided to keep them as the neutral colors will be fine for work and the band fits better on my wrist as my wrist is rather small. They hold my hair in place very well with no tightness or pinching. So I decided to reorder the vibrant colored package again. And thankfully the right ones came. I like having another set again. My first set of three years ago is doing fine and I only have lost one hairband. Yes, they do stretch out a bit after wearing them but that does not effect its ability to hold my hair in place all day with out cinching it up. It still wraps around the same amount of times. I never have to retighten or cinch up the band. I exercise at the gym with one on, I ride my bike, I clean all day, mow the yard and the hairband handles my hair just fine. My hair is long and is medium in thickness. I recommend them and am pleased with their performance.

Good product. I don’t get as many headaches as with Goody hair bands. Could be slightly thicker/wider in diameter.

These are superior hair ties Large, stretchy and quite sturdy (do not lose their shape, do not tear or fray) These three features allow them to accommodate long and shorter hair, thick and thin hair. I think I have ordered these three times. The biggest problem I have with these most excellent hair ties is my continuous losing of them. So, I have just purchased a pretty ceramic box which will serve as the home and protector of these bands-and nothing else!
