We ordered and this does NOT come in a cool pack. Maybe the capsules do but not these chewable ones.

No, it is not listed on the ingredientsr. It says that it contains cherry flavor, but I don't think it taste very cherry-ish. It taste very bland and mild. Very easy to take. These are my favorite digestives,
