Trolley Handel not opening outside with in 8 month and 4 time use its get faulty

It's a pretty nice looking pack, at the airport remember despite the design lunggage can be confused with someone else's so keep yours unique :)I travelled twice with this and no doubt easy to transport and not as heavy as a lot of other packs i know
