And Serving size is 3 gummies daily. but I usually only take 2, because i also take a multi vitamin but I can tell a big difference if i stop taking them for a few days. Not the best texture or taste, but they are better than some other brands. This is my favorite brand of vitamins so I will purchase again.

My husband was just recently diagnosed with an auto immune disease and seems to get sick so easily. Plus once he is sick, it takes him a lot longer to get better. He already takes a daily multivitamin, but I wanted to get him something to boost his immune system! He's on his second bottle and swears by them. I tried them just out of curiosity and the texture is a little strange and don't taste the greatest BUT way better than the chewable tablets. Also, they don't seem to hurt his stomach like other Vit C supplements do. Also, the price on Amazon is cheaper than at the grocery store even when they were buy 1 get 1 free there.

I don’t know why but the taste is not for me! I love the nature made vitamin c. These are very different. Normally I would finish the bottle and then never repurchase but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. My husband was not a fan either but he hates them less than me so he will finish the bottle. The ingredients are great, the taste not so much. I will go back to buying the plain vitamin c gummies.
