Amazing tool
I'm fascinated with knives and constantly add knives to my collection. I love the way this is able to chop vegetables. I'm able to chop perfectly thin slices of cucumber and carrots ( and even tomatoes) using one end as fulcrum. I'm pretty sure this will come in handy for a variety of applications. Granted, I've only used this for a day and cannot talk about its longevity but so far I like it!

Can't cut pizza across in 1 cut
I got this because I have arthritis and regular pizza cutter hurt to use. This came super sharp but it's too short to cut the pizza in 1 try. You have to make 2 cuts and that's rather annoying. I thought 10 inches would be big enough, but it's not
