How do I check if the hub is compatible with my host device?

Please check the USB C port of your host device is support charging, video transfer, data transfer or not.

I can’t get the HDMI port to work. What should I do?

1.Plug the HDMI cable directly into your device to check for a stable connection.

Why is the screen black and no display when using the hub to connect to the monitor?

Check settings. Mac: "desktop mode" (lid closed, powered, mouse/keyboard connected). Windows: Avoid "Computer/Second screen only".

Why can’t charging a laptop via the hub reach that wattage as described on the details page?

The hub will withhold 10W of current. The actual charging power is the power of your PD power adapter minus the 10W required to be withheld for the hub.
