For pain-free bike rides
After the 2nd fractured clavicle I decided some protection of my right shoulder was warranted. Being a cyclist build a medium fits well for someone over 6ft. The primary purpose was to protect the shoulder and clavicle. But an uninjured benefit was far less pain in the (still) healing shoulder with cycling on gravel paths. And is also very reassuring. Doesn't hurt at all even on bare skin, even after 4 hrs of continuous usage.

recovering from torn rotator cuff...Without the shield, this brace is extremely comfortable and has an undeniable positive impact on my shoulder's stability. It slightly limits my arm's range of motion and prevents overextending, yet allows full extension if I'm actively trying to stretch. (* the tension can be easily adjusted with velcro straps)My injured shoulder is the leading shoulder when I skateboard. With the shield attached, this brace protects the shoulder with miraculous effectiveness. Full impact on pavement, at speed, is not a concern while wearing this brace. Size description inaccurate
I just got the delivery and it's just super disappointing, I ordered a medium, and I'm not a big medium, I'm right in the middle of the measurement, but it's not possible for me to wear it, it's so small, that's never a medium size. Now I have to send it back. But I'm on an island, so I can't eve set it yet. It's absolutely disappointing, so I can't say if wearing it would be good, but if you want to risk buying this product, you have to go a size higher then what the measurements say. But, who knows, maybe that's not the right advise either. So I would just advise to look for a different product

My son had an AC joint sprain so we purchased this for extra protection as he returned to football action. So far the brace has held up nicely and he is playing pain free. He even mentioned possibly wearing next season just for added protection.
