This is my second order of this product and it really works.

Very effective, go to blemish remover. Has a nice light smell and is non drying or irritating.

Very easy to apply with the roller ball and tiny bottle is great to travel with. Really helped with inflammation during breakouts! It’s nice to find something natural with ingredients that I don’t have to be concerned over.

Let's be fair - I needed prescription strength acne medicine so this didn't specifically do anything for my skin. I do notice other reviews that loved the product though and it worked for them so it might work well for you! The product went on well and didn't feel bad when on.

My combination skin is mature, but I still have to contend with the occasional oily patch, as well as a breakout from time to time. This blemish treatment arrived at just the right time for me. I had a small breakout along the side of my nose that really wasn't all that visible, but I could feel the soreness wanting to spring to life and make life miserable for me.Once I cleaned my face, I rolled this along the affected area. Easy to use without the need of getting your fingers involved. Can't say that I liked the smell all that much, but when I'm popping, that's the least of my concerns providing it does its job. And boy, did this do its job! After only one application, that entire area was cleaned up and all of my troubles were gone. Just to be safe, I did continue to use this in that area to make sure it wouldn't come back. That thing is gone for good.Though this does have a somewhat unpleasant smell, this is more than worth using for any future troubled spots. The smell isn't that strong and it only lasts for maybe a minute. For me, this is medicine for my face. I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers from the occasional breakout. That goes for all skin types and is great for men as well as women.

I am so glad I found this product. I have persistent acne combination type of skin and I have been battling acne all my life. I have visited many dermatologists and tried hundreds of products. Many years ago one doctor prescribed me a custom toner which was made for me at the pharmacy. After that I moved away and never got a chance to use anything similar, but that stuff was the best ever. So this spot roll on treatment is quite close to the toner I loved. It contains Ichtyol and thats exactly what helps my skin. Lactic acid and calendula were also ingredients in my prescription toner. Lactic acid helps to exfoliate skin, calendula helps to calm it down. This product is amazing. Do not expect that it will take your blemishes away over night, but as soon as you notice something bumping up immediately apply this product, it will stop it from evolving and slowly decrease it. It doesn't disappear overnight, but it dramatically reduces the time in which it stops growing and heals. I can not tell how glad I am that I have found it, because most of the spot treatments I have used do not work this way and leave residues, where this one is a water consistency product and is not visible after application. I just wish it would come in a bigger toner size bottle to wipe off all the face. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I like the fact that it is small and fits in your purse or in a desk drawer. It seems to work well with newer breakouts. So yeah I let my kid try it and she really liked it. not greasy and doesn't make your face oily. If she likes it enough I'll purchase again.

I love the delivery system of this product. The roller ball delivers just a light coverage, and my fingertips need not get involved. The mix has a potent herbal aroma, and it soaks in and dries quickly. Even though there are plenty of oils in the mix, it is not greasy. To me, "quick" means overnight or within 10 or so hours. And in that time frame, I can see and feel the blemish drying up.It is a small, thin bottle with a quality metal roller ball that glides effortlessly. The bottle is the height of a lipstick case, but it is thinner--about 1/3 the thickness of lipstick case. So it is small and tidy and is easy to carry.
