Nice thin layer of padding
Trim to size and easy to insert. They are thin-which is what I wanted, with some arch support. They're not adhesive and that's nice that you can move them to a different pair of shoes if needed. But, they do have a backing on them that keeps them from sliding around. Would order again.

I love these inserts
I have numerous pairs of Converse style tennis shoes which have absolutely no cushion on the bottom. These inserts are narrow enough to fit and are very comfortable. They have a small arch, which fits my foot well. Many arch supports hit my arch in the wrong spot and can be very uncomfortable. I highly recommend them.

Not my favorite insoles. Placed it in my sneakers and it didn't give full relief like the other insoles I've bought before. This one still helped! Just not enough comfort for me
