Maybe, maybe not
I'm still on the fence about this one. It seems like a good idea to get in some trace minerals that I might be missing, but without a little more scientific research behind it, I'm wary of taking it for too long. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed any real difference. It doesn't taste the greatest, but it's easy enough to get down if you just drink it down fast. It's sticky so I try to just think of it as dissolving some honey in water. Overall, I'm not sure how effective it is at achieving its claims. I was really looking forward to having more energy but I haven't seen that. But then, I haven't been sleeping great either lately, so that might have more to do with it. I'll probably take it for a couple of more weeks to see if I see a difference in energy or mood, but then might take a break from it after that if I'm not seeing any improvements.
