HDMI splitters pass the source to multiple destinations. Your receiver outputs 1080P, so the outputs from this splitter will be 1080P. If you want something which will take the 1080P output from the receiver and upscale it to 4K (I assume to a 4K TV), you need to purchase a 1080P to 4K scaler or replace your receiver with ine which passes 4K. Scalers are a compromise. Some are better than others, but they are all a compromise. Replacing the receiver, although more costly, will give you better results.

The output resolution of 4 channels can only be the same as the input resolution. The 4-channel video is equivalent to the mirror image of the 1-channel input video, which can only be synchronized and the resolution cannot be adjusted separately.

1. It supports all HDMI signal output devices. 2. For the soundbar, I don't know how you connected it. If there is an optical audio input, it should be supported, or you can buy an HDMI audio splitter.
