Filters work as they should, reduced the iron smell and water taste good

Depending on water usage these filters work wonderfully well from mild sulfur in well water and last usually a month. The water is briefly black after changing the filter.

This is a good filter, but does not last as long as The filters I usually buy. It is easy to install fits well and doesn't leak. However, for the price the performance was lacking.

I have been buying whole house filters from Walmart or my local farm and home store. I live in the country and use well water for laundry, dishes, showering and general uses not including drinking water. My well is saturated with iron/rust and required me changing filters weekly with the Walmart or other local brand. These filters have been lasting 2x as long and are heavier density filters that keep rust out and last saving $.
