This Bai Mirror has been incredible! Customer support is always there to help when needed and checked in to make sure we received our package and that it was set up correctly. We struggled with our previous machine for over a year to get it to embroider 1 hat and kept getting told it was our lack of experience well this machine embroidered a Richardson 112 right out of the box! Very clean stitching and was able to embroider 3D puff with just my standard hat tension settings. Delivery was very quick and setup was straight forward, machine is constructed very well so it seems like it will last and if we ever need to add another machine we will be adding another Bai Mirror.

Learning to use the machine was incredibly easy, and if you have some embroidery experience the process is even smoother. Overall, it's a fantastic product at an excellent price, and the customer service has been outstanding. I was initially a bit skeptical about the customer support because I read that it was based in China before I made my purchase. However, my concerns were unfounded. They respond very quickly within their time zone and are incredibly helpful in resolving any issues. I had two minor issues that were more due to my own lack of experience than any fault with the machine, and they guided me through them effortlessly. I highly recommend this machine to anyone starting a business. Given its quality and price point, it's also a great option for established embroidery shops. While it may not be exactly the same as a high-end Tajima or Toyota machine, it certainly gets the job done with good quality at a significantly more affordable price. Highly recommended
