Fantastic Book and A Must Have!!!
This book is fantastic and a wonderful addition to the series. This author has an amazing way with words and her world building that will leave you unable to put the book down. She has the ability to create worlds never seen before and fill you with emotions that leave you laughing and crying and hating the villains wìth anger equal to the passion building between the characters of her books. Naomi and Dhoom have both been slaves for decades and even though they have been freed the past still lingers in their hearts and minds.Naomi and Dhoom make a major discovery and go out on an adventure that will change their lives forever. This book is an absolute must read and I highly recommend this author and this series to everyone who loves syfy romance. I guarantee you will love it as much as I did. Be sure to pick up a copy you will be so very very glad that you did.

4 1/2 ⭐️ !
This is the fifth story in the Galaxy Sanctuary series. While it could probably be read as a stand-alone. I DO NOT consider it as such. I recommend they be read in series’ date order for maximum reader satisfaction and to prevent spoilers. There are multiple reoccurring characters, concurrent / consecutive timelines and overarching themes that are built from the foundation laid by the first story in the original series (Zar). There are also a lot of details that occurred previously that would be lost, as they cannot be adequately explained within another story.** There are multiple scenes, themes and references to subjects that will be difficult for sensitive readers. These include abduction, enslavement, forced mating, mental health challenges, and trafficking. A high-level list is included below. **— Although I try to watch it, if you have not read this (or the previous stories in the series), the following may contain spoilers. —The one thing that I miss, and believe would be extremely helpful, is a published reading order for the Galaxy universe. As I stated previously a good series is not all that easy to find. Everyone of the stories have to fit together without being repetitive, while still being engaging. The Galaxy universe created by Alana Khan is a great one that becomes better with each story and spin-off.I enjoyed it, especially the treasure hunt, but when comparing it to the other stories in the universe, I found myself wanting more. I loved the slow 🔥, all puns included, and the chemistry was good. It just seemed a little strange to me that the two of them argued and around each other without any hint of attraction. Then boom! Around the same time they just both happen to ‘discover’ the other? Maybe if there was some type of event, issue, etc., but he sees her at the desk and she sees him checking out something under the desk. It just seemed like a wasted opportunity and why I couldn’t give it a full 5 ⭐️.I mention the following for readers such as myself that visualize the story as it is read, because errors interrupt the flow. There are a few grammatical errors between the story and other sections, but nothing difficult to interpret. These include typos, incorrect punctuation, incorrect capitalization and inconsistent format w/ possessive words in the preview of the next story. I uploaded my notes to goodreads for anyone interested.Naomi and Dhoom both have secrets in their past that continue to influence their decisions and outlooksd. Naomi has become more like a drill sergeant and oversees every aspect of Sanctuary. Dhoom, although never formally nominated, seems to represent the men and others when decisions need to be made.In this story, Naomi can’t find what caused a 100k credit issue within their books, so she asks Dhoom for help. He is happy to, but surprised Naomi asked him. When he is standing behind her looking at the screen, he suddenly is taken aback by her and sees her as a desirable female. Then she has to go take care of an issue with a delivery.Dhoom sits down at the desk to look over the figures, but prefers to do them old school on pencil and paper. When he looks in the drawer, he notices that the dimensions for the top desk drawer doesn’t match the size of the other drawers. They have found so many other hidden items, that Dhoom is not surprised that Daneur Khour had another one, only that it took them so long to find it.So Dhoom crawls under the desk to see if he can determine how to open the hidden panel. He is able to open it and then Naomi walks in. She notices how attractive Dhoom is, how muscular and manly he is built. Naomi recalls how much his looks scared her originally. On earth, Dhoom would be considered a Devil by some with his bright red eyes and hair he keeps in a topknot, but now Naomi only sees him. Then he tells her what he finds. There is a series of numbers listed on the panel. It doesn’t take long for them to realize that it is coordinates to a spot on the grounds. Both of them are excited to think of what kind of things that Khour would hide so close to him. Naomi is hoping it is what she has been looking for the last 20 years. They agree to meet the next morning to begin the hunt … together.⛔️ SERIES / GALAXY UNIVERSE contains references to, or scenes detailing, subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some, including, but not limited to: adult language; derogatory terms; mental health challenges with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, etc.; steamy adult intimate scenes with dominance, submission, etc.; violence throughout typical of the alien abduction genre such as kidnapping / abduction, murder / death, torture, assault, rape, fighting, human (species) trafficking, enslavement, pain/kill collar, mental, physical and sexual abuse of adults and children, prostitution, coercion, etc.

Love this one!
Wonderful addition to the Sanctuary series! I’ve been anxiously awaiting Dhoom and Naomi’s story and was hoping it would be an explosive one given their past interaction in previous stories and boy did Alana deliver. Plenty of action and romance along the way but how they come together in the end was truly wonderful. So much heartache and healing for these two!

Fantastic book
Oh I've been waiting for this book! Naomi and dhoom finally get their story and it was good. No spoilers but I think this is the best book out of all her books. So much action and still connects to the other series. I like that she gives updates on some of the other couples. There area few twist and surprises that keep you reading. Such a sweet ending too.

My favorite in this series
I've so enjoyed this series. But this one is really the best for me. I love the redemption of the main female and male leads. The romance between them is real and believable. This story is about two mature characters who have suffered so much, done reprehensible things, but are so lonely and weighed down with responsibility. How they eventually turn towards each other and find their way out of such grief is wrenching but wonderful.I can't find anything negative to say about this story. It's just that good.If you're interested in characters over 40 finding love and a true relationship, read this.

It’s a sweet story
This is a sweet story of learning to forgive yourself. Dhoom and Naomi were both slaves who are now free. They both have secrets reason to keep to themselves. These two were enemies but now they have found common ground in which to work together. Read On!

Enemies to Lovers
Well, first of all, the guy’s name is Dhoom and he has flaming red hair and black horns, how much more awesome could you get?!? In the other books I was so suspicious of Naomi, but her story really lets her shine. She and Dhoom are awesome together!

Redemption
Sooo good. So many stories in the combined series gave glimpses of Dhoom and Naomi. This story was worth the wait and totally entertaining, complex, unpredictable story. They really had to earn their HEA but ohhhh so worth the journey.

Bloody loved it!
I did not expect what happened to happen! This was in my opinion a fantastic read! I hated Naomi in previous books but this made it all make sense! I did guess who the missing person was as soon as they got to the posh house though it was still a is it or is it not who I think it is 🤣
