I got this for my 13yo son. He's very into video games and other Chrismtas gifts can be forgotten. He likes puzzles and challenges ges so I wondered if this would keep his interest. I was pleasantly surprised when he busted it out on Jan 1 and wanted us to work on it together. It was a challenge, but we did it! The part the really secured the deal for me was that he brought it out again yesterday and wanted to do it together quickly as well! We tried all sorts of variations and I could talk he was about ready to throw in the towel but we got it!Likes+ kept my 13yo sons attention and he loves it!+ good quality+ something fun we can do together+ it's difficult but not impossible+ great small gift for anyoneDislike- a bit smaller than I was expecting. I thought it would be something he could display a bit but it fit in his stockingThis is really fun and I highly recommend it for a teen boy. Girls are so much easier to buy little gifts for and boys can be a struggle. Of course, anyone who likes puzzles, brain teasers, or a challenge would like this. Although it was smaller than I thought, I still think it's a good value and quality item.

Fun little gift for people who like puzzles and brain teasers. Re-work it each day. 366 different solutions, you would *think* it would be really easy, but you are only looking for one specific solution a day, and it is never as simple as just flipping over one piece, you have to completely re-work the whole thing to make it fit.

Very challenging

If you or someone you love/like really likes those wooden puzzles that you have to try to fit the pieces into (tangram), then you MIGHT like this one! So far, my daughter has been able to get all of the dates EXCEPT one (December 8, I believe), which is saying a lot since she loves puzzles and especially this type. But she still likes it, and is still doing it (just got it this month), so we’ll see how it goes.

this is a fascinating puzzle which begs for a mathematical proof that all dates are solvable, as well as a solving algorithm, for those so inclinedit gets easier to solve day by day as you learn all the pieces (like chess...) but it's still a challenge each dayanother plus with this particular version is that it doesn't come with a solutions booklet so it's easier not to cheat

I purchased this as a gift for my brother in law-it was inexpensive and seems like it is well made. I do wish the packaging was better (it comes shrink wrapped) but for the price of less than $10 you cannot expect too much. It says it has instruction for 365 days of puzzles, however there is only one small piece of paper included in the shrink wrap-not sure about that part-but haven't opened since it is a gift.

A lot of fun for a reasonable price. Challenging!
