The old OEM Motorolla batteries we've had for about 6-years are dying out. These replacements work great and last the whole work day pretty easily and work with the original chargers great. Only time will tell how they compare to the OEM batteries but for the price we could still buy replacements in half the time and still be cheaper.

One of the batteries would not charge from day one. I put it on the charger and the light blinks red. I tried to return but Amazon says you can't return this item.
