I saw very good reviews of this machine on social media but after a week that mine arrived, it’s not working, not with the charger and not with mast power supply. So disappointing I have clients and I really need this machine to work. Return and never buy from mast again . I think they sent me a used one, bcz there was not a clear plastic on the top with three buttons which shows its brand new .

I bought this machine 2 months ago , I used it about 6 times and it stopped working . This is my second one from this brand in six months and no bueno .

This product is deceitful. Works fine for a few months until it starts acting weird. Making strange noises up until the needle does not retract anymore. Got impressed like most ppl here at the beginning but couldn’t hold up for the long run. Literally bought it 4 months ago and it’s not longer working. Park your money elsewhere ppl if you want to have a better experience.

I'm a tattoo apprentice. I started with a $50 wormhole wich did the trick. My husband got me this mast tour pro y22 for my upgrade an holy crap. My last one was decent, but still loud, heavy and vibrates a lot. This one is light weight, east to hold, no bigger then an xl sharpie. The vibrations are subtle and makes it easy to hold and use while on. This will be a game changer for my learning process. Get this machine! Even the older model is awesome!

La couleur est magnifique, cette machine n'est pas lourde et facilement plus maniable. C'est un peut comme un gros marqueur, sa ce tiens bien et sa fait pas mal au poignet.

Utilise depuis février 2024. Il bogg. Je viens de chargé il est à 100% et ne fonctionne plus

I made a big mistake in purchasing this. I read all the reviews, but I didn't think it would happen to me so i took a chance anyways. Don't do this, this machine belongs in the trash. It randomly died on me 1 eyebrow in on a set of powder brows, after only using it for about a month (maybe 2 other set of brows total). It was brand new! Amazon gave me a hard time about trying to return it but they eventually did agree to accept it and refund me, and I went with a different brand altogether instead. Don't buy this, it will die in a very inopportune time.

Broke after 3 days it doesn’t turn on

I just received the gun and it overheats, when using the battery it shuts off after an hour, it also over heats when using the rca chord. It gets burning hot to the point where I can not hold it.
