The Shoulder Rotater - Shoulder Rehab (Pink)

Fantastic. After the shoulder I'd chipped a bone in a mountain biking accident healed, I ordered this to work on getting my shoulder rotation back to perfect. It worked awesome. Nightly I stretched using the rotater along with the videos and it got me back on the climbing wall much faster than if I'd not used this. Those who are complaining that the device is plastic, would you be happier if it worked exactly the same way but were made of ivory?

I have owned the rotator for many many years and use it off and on. Lately as I near 60 I use it more than less. I totally agree with the criticisms about a cheap piece of plastic and difficult set to set up but there is nothing else on the market that addresses the typical over tightness that results form lifting forward only and sitting too much. I think if you have problems with shoulder tightness that fits this scenario (very common) and you persevere you will get good results. If there was any competition, I would rate it lower but there is not. Stick with it and don't expect immediate gratification and you will see. I wish there was a better design but the shoulder being constructed the way it is would require a machine that is thousands of dollars to actually improve this design. Most of us would not pony up for that!

Cheap plastic material. I wish I can return the item.Needs something that I can grab on to, for example a handle.

Worthless. I finally threw it away. The DVD that comes with it is vague and way too short. The illustrations do not match up with the product itself. For example, one would have to have their elbow reattached to another place on their arm for one picture to match up to the advised exercise.

O.K. For stretching to prevent problems, unlikely to help Frozen Shoulder.

Expensive piece of plastic, but it does help out with increasing your range of motion (ROM). It is simple to use and effective. After using this for some time and using hot packs and cold packs, my shoulder no longer bothers me. I thought I was going to have to have laproscopy (minimal invasive surgery) to heal it up because it was hurting all of the time and taking a long time to heal, but doing this and working out my shoulder and the use of hot/cold packs, it's good to go.

It works well. I wish a color other than pink was available.

I returned the Rotator. It didnt do anything for me
