I have a club player and 1 Rec player.They both love to use it at home.This set Strength is very light, easy to carry out to the field.The Weakness is thin and light too, they already broken one plastic ladder.We mostly use agility Ladder and cones. It's very helpful for improve the technical skills.

The ladder is kind of lightweight so you definitely need to stake it down. Nice accessories, but not on a windy day. Good that it has a bag.

Very nice set to get you started towards improving agility and athletic performance. Came all in one bag, just had to assemble the orange hurdles. The connection points are quite tight and it's a bit of effort to push them together, but still only takes a few minutes, and it seems like they'll stay in place pretty well once assembled. Components:-Agility Ladder - Very good quality ladder with 11 spaces. Also includes small metal stakes to secure the ladder ends into the ground if you want.-Cone Discs - 10 discs that get the job done fine. They are bright and visible and their conical shape lets them sit up high enough in the grass that you can't miss them. They are light and flimsy but do stay put and can handle being stepped on.-Hurdles - 5 very good hurdles for hopping for jumping over. I wouldn't have minded a few more of these.-Jump Rope - Good quality with nice handles.-Soccer Waist Band Elastic Ball Attachment Thing - Odd. Not sure why this was included as this set seems to be for a variety of sports and this particular piece is specifically for soccer, which many buyers may not be interested in. I won't be using it, but my kids might try it once. Anyway, I'm sure it didn't add much to the price.-Carrying Bag - Actually really good. Everything was in it. Once you assemble the hurdles I would not disassemble them again because I think it would ruin the tight fit. So you have to carry the hurdles, but this leaves a good amount of room in the bag to carry the ladder, cones, and rope. It also has a drawstring at the top and an over the shoulder carrying strap. Really nice.Overall, a great set that will get a lot of use and last quite a long time.

The product was as advertised, but just feels lacking. The parachute didn't seem to offer much resistance for my son (maybe it's more intended for a younger kid), and the cones are somewhat cheap feeling. Certainly works as a training tool, but there are going to be better (more expensive) ones out there.

I hope it's helpful.My son wanted to level up in football so I got this to help him with agility drills.We haven't been able to use the running parachute yet because it's a bajillion degrees below zero here, but honestly, I'm excited to use it myself when it warms up a bit.The cones are basic, as expected, as is the jump rope.The hurdles are great — my kids immediately turned them into an obstacle course! They're a good height to create a challenge without being too advanced.The real winner here is the agility ladder. It's sooooooo long and the perfect size so that everyone in my family can use it. It's really well-made and we'll be using it both indoors and outdoors with confidence.These things are no joke; I'm an ultramarathoner, but one pass of fast feet on this thing and I am WINDED.Sure, the price is a little steep on this but it's totally one of those things where I think "I could probably make a version of this on my own at home" and not only do I never get around to it, but it would be nowhere near as usable as this version.Recommended!

My kids love this. I'd have taken a picture of the parachute and jump rope but the kids were currently using it.The hurdles are made of a poly pipe and the feet can be reversed for two different heights.The 20 foot agility ladder is the same type my kids use at Tae Kwon Do class with nylon straps that can be secured with the 4 provided metal stakes. The rungs are also made of a poly material that flexes and sturdy but not brittle.The 12 cones are about 2 inches high and molded of a thin plastic.The jump rope had nice cushioned helps and the rope is a thin plastic super flexible tubing that is less than 1/4 inch in diameter. It's pretty long though. I'm 5'10" and it was too long for me without gripping up some of the slack.It comes with a thin but nice top zippered vinyl bag with handles. It doesn't really need to be a heavy bag though because everything in this kit is light weight.I do recommend this for kids for indoor and outdoor use.I hope your find this review helpful.
