Overpriced for its category: costs twice as much! Was delivered what I suspect an already returned unit. How? Well, there is no manual (I had to search and download a pdf by myself, which didn’t help much). Partial wrapping (not everything well wrapped). Stickers coming out. Wheels with dust from the road. And… I received 2 R (Right handle grips) instead of 1 Left and 1 Right. I am having a hard time to find a replacement of the handle grips as they are so special. Too bad that my son didn’t let me return it (it’s a birthday gift and was the last piece available). So I’m trying to contact the maker in Italy by myself as there is no support here in the UAE!

Ordered and returned the escooter twice as both the times it was defective. First time the escooter did not ignite and the start button was a dummy. So we returned and ordered another piece. Second time the escooter that was sent did not release from the latch and its lock was stuck as well as scratches on the scooter. So returned it again.
