Used for a pop up event
Great for the event. Super hot and consistent. Easy to transport and clean. Only problem has been that I have not been able to successfully keep a seal on the gas hose after its first use so I have not been able to use it since. Loved it when it worked.

VERY POOR INSTRUCTIONS!
Contacted customer service in China, no reply. Very inadequate instructions, no on line help.No clue how to connect to LP tank. No clue how to adjust pilot light. Drawings are fuzzy and very tiny.Minimal operating instructions.This is a chinese product!

Received all beat up
This broiler showed up with big gouges and dents everywhere. Not happy.

Customer Support is not helpful
Purchased this broiler in the excitement that it would add to the flavorful menu at my restaurant. To my dismay, this broiler's gas regulator broke upon installation. Upon ordering a new part we learned of gas leaking from the gas regulator to the gas hookup line. My kitchen staff is disappointed that this equipment has been more of a headache to install and use than actually using it for cooking. Would not purchase again.
