Overall this is a fantastic product. There are a couple of small things that we wish were a little more sturdy.The plastic red levers to switch from manual to automatic come out a bit and you have to push it in for them to work properly again.The plastic decorative protectors in the front sides also tend to pop out occasionally.This chair is truly awesome.Easy to use.Lightweight.Easy to transport.The electronic controls work very well and are very easy to use.The remote control is a nice feature esp being my dad n law had a stroke and has a little difficulty staying focused 100% of the time.The speed settings are very good.It allows you to switch speed if your inside or outside.Again, overall awesome product and highly recommend.This is def something you want if you travel, go outdoors, and are not always on flat terrain.Makes it much easier for my mom n law being she would have to push my dad n law with the old chair esp uphill.

Bought this chair for long days such as shopping or Disney as I’m disabled but don’t need a wheelchair all the time. It’s perfect for what I need. Easy to transport. Great battery life for all day at the park. Easy to use.

almost perfectTurns in a tight space- 360 degrees. Great for in the home. Great tires for outdoor travel over the gravel drive. Can go over grass well too. We took it to the park once. Did not stay long. Heard a "clicking". When I folded it to put in trunk, the back tire came off. It was easy to slide back on but did not see a way to tighten it. We don't take long trips often, so have not worried further about it. Do recommend a cushion for long sitting periods.A bit heavy for a woman to load into the trunk of a car but do-able. You soon see there is a balance to the weight with it folded and with proper handling, it gets easier.Had one problem with not charging well but that was solved with a new hand controller.There may be better units out there, but this is great enough that we would buy this again.

The wheelchair is nimble enough to navigate through all doorways in my home, even into our walk in closet. The leather seat is comfortable even with long usage. I find the joystick responsive and easy to use, very simple to control. It is very fast and can go well over grass, and I find lowering the speed to 2 or 3 is best indoors where you need to make sharper turns. It is powerful enough to go uphill, and moderately quiet operation. If you need an electric wheelchair I would suggest investing in this one, it's a bit more expensive but if I had it to do over again, I would make the same purchase. 10 out of 10! And I have my freedom back :)

I purchase this product for my mother who lives overseas. I had the chance to fully test it before giving it to her. When the product came, it was missing the headlight and when I reached out to the vendor, they shipped it in a timely manner. I followed the instructions to pair the remote control with the chair. It was an easy process and it does work as intended. The Majestic electric wheelchair is smooth to ride on however I will suggest that they put a system of shocks to increase the overall riding experience. The headrest and the recliner are very good features. I wish the reverse alert system (beeping) could be disable at your convenience and/or lower the volume of the alert. In a quieter setting it is impossible to be discrete. Also with the recliner system and/or center of gravity for safety reasons it might not be possible otherwise, I wish that the Majestic Electric Wheelchair was height adjustable. I would recommend Majestic Electric Wheelchair to anyone looking for a practical electric wheelchair.

I medically needed an electric wheelchair & my doctor ordered one. After being assessed by professional one was ordered and medical insurance approved but even with insurance it was not affordable, would not fit in trunk of car, and not for use in yard. So I started researching and best was this one. I have been using it over 3 months. It's useable on grass! It fits in the trunk and not too heavy (my 69 year old sister folds it and puts it in/out trunk), easy to operate!

This is a small wheelchair perfect size for my 5'6", 154 lb. husband. Advertised for holding up to 300 lbs, but I can't see how a larger person could be comfortable - or even fit. The chair travels without much issue on compacted gravel but not loose gravel. It may do fine on a close-cut lawn, but on the 3" long grass we need here in the PNW, the chair rolls forward OK but cannot get traction to back up. It's light-weight by design, but that makes it unstable and scary going over uneven ground. You'd have to be a pretty tough momma to heft it folded up. I can't. So my idea to travel with it will depend on a Good Samaritan tough guy's help lifting it into and out of a vehicle or a wheelchair van available for rent. Both are likely unreliable options.

My grandson's previous power wheelchair broke down, so I bought this one for his birthday. It works FANTASTICALLY. He finds it more comfortable than his old one and he says that he can go places and around corners that his old one couldn't. The remote is also a plus as it allows him to steer the chair when he couldn't otherwise (e.g., to steer the chair to him when he is out of it). Overall, GREAT PRODUCT!
