Like it but the medoum runs a bit large

I think the belt can help a bad back but one needs to ha one that fits. I said I would return the first and received a second with the same small size. If I get refunds I will order a third with a large size.

Provides support and works for a short torso. Will buy a second to be able to change off for washing.

This item may look not too strong and don't let that fool you. I put it on as soon as I opened it and was pleased with the weight (light) and sturdy. Easy to put on, adjust and relax. I have worn it daily and it is holding up well. Good product. Good buy for "light" but beneficial wear.

Fits well under clothing compared to most back braces.

Velcro is cheap, hard to stretch when putting it on, it also heats up almost like a heating pad after a while, I put it in my closet as a back-up.

I like it because it's very cool and breathable and can't been seen easily under clothing. I "customize" this belt for added comfort for my back pain by slipping a thin ice pack underneath it for instant relief, holding it right where it will do the most good. My special secret!!
