It really worked to relieve my back pain
I’ve been suffering from back pain for years I recently bought a treadmill and walking on it was killing my back. I ordered this back brace and put it on and it actually worked. This brace allowed me to exercise without being in constant pain. I’m so glad I brought this product.

Comfortable and easy to put on
Gives just the right amount of back support while working. Not too heavy or tight. Quality is very good for the price and can be adjusted. Velcro stays put and works well. Easy to use and a good product!

This helped me when meds could not.
After a few days of coughing and sitting while getting over some winter bug my back went into some serious fits. I was unable to sleep. Even awake I was in pain unless I was slowly walking around or laid on a lumbar support.This was very comfortable and allowed me to sit for a while. I love the adjustability and we got 2 but one had velcro of steel and the other's velcro was much less strong. However, my wife needed one and the easier velcro was to her liking so it worked out.I would like to point out that I am carrying a lot of extra weight and have very questionable posture, yet I still found this brace more comfortable than any I have tried in previous years.

Death TRAP! Velcro better than super glue
If I was being thrown out of an airlock in outer space, I would want this kind of velcro on my suit so I could stick myself to the walls. The velcro WILL NOT OPEN. It is so strong, it took both me and my husband, his teeth and a pair or pliers to peel the velcro open. I could not adjust it. I am exhausted! I am astonished at how strong the velcro is, but unfortunately, it turns what otherwise could be a nice back brace into a death trap of despair. When you were little, did you ever get stuck in turtleneck sweater? Did you eve get your head caught in something? Were you ever trapped in a well or an iron maiden? It's kind of like that. I design and make custom corsets for a living, and I have many back braces. Never in my life have I encountered velcro so strong. It should be used to keep mobil homes together during tornadoes. Needless to say, I have to return it. How does anyone deal with this velcro? I'm not even exaggerating. The moment I put it on I was trapped. My hands hurt so bad. If my husband was not here to release me, I would be in the fetal position, most likely stuck to the carpet, sobbing.

Not do great for support at work
I found the BLITZU Back support belt to be lacking in comfort and effectiveness. Despite its claims of lumbar support, sciatica pain relief, and assistance with anterior pelvic tilt, I felt minimal relief during use. The adjustable support straps, while promising, did not provide the tailored support I expected, especially during weight lifting. Additionally, the breathable design fell short, leading to discomfort during extended wear. The overall fit in Size M was less than ideal, contributing to an unsatisfactory experience. In my opinion, the BLITZU Back support belt did not live up to its advertised benefits, leaving me disappointed in its performance and usability.

Great back brace wide and very supportive
Really good brace very supportive. I can pull it down lower on my hips to support my lumbar perfectly.
