Cap needs a re-do
Great product - the only challenge is the cap is useless. It does not stay on and showed up having sprayed in box during shipment.

This stuff is TERRIBLE
I donāt know who in their right mind would enjoy using this stuff. I donāt even care if it works or not because I just canāt get over how horrific the spray itself is. You spray it and itās a mist so itās impossible not to breathe any of it in. I canāt describe the feeling other than feeling like your mouth, throat and lungs have caught fire. Itās terrible! So incredibly harsh. Also, about an hour after straying it on, you feel like your skin is burning. We HATED it and threw it in the trash immediately. A bug spray that makes you cringe and cough uncontrollably canāt possibly be good for you.

Good natural solution - but Vague ingredients
I purchased this hoping for a natural bug repellent that would be safe to use on my toddler. On the surface it seems this is perfect but the missing info feels sketchy.First let me say I have tried this (on myself) and it works pretty good to keep the pesky bugs at bay. For a ānaturalā solution I do like this spray. Itās easy to spray, gives nice even coverage, and itās not sticky afterwards. I just hate having to dig to find out about whatās in a product when all included ingredients - active or otherwise could just as easily be included on the product label by the manufacturer- whether they Have to by law or not. Be transparent. After researching I feel confident using this on my toddler but hate that I had to search as much as I did for answers, or mostly complete answers. So, the bottle states that the ingredients are: Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus* 30.0% and āOther Ingredients 70.0% - *Approx. 65% p-methane-3,8-diol.Whatās disappointing is the āother 70%ā with no explanation. When searching online for more info I did find some on the Citrefine website who makes the Citriodiol in it which is the Lemon Eucalyptus ingredients. Their site gives this good info below, but still nothing about the other included ingredients. The label states that itās Natural-BASED - not All Natural, this doesnāt mean the same thing and can be deceiving so I always look deeper when I see this without ingredients listed out.It took some diggin but I finally found the Slay website (Slayshop) with the MSDS sheets and found that the āotherā is 50% Ethanol - a simple alcohol which is fine; used in hand sanitizer and fine as long as your not ingesting it. The last remaining question is thatās the last 20% thatās not even listed on the MSDS?From the Citrefine website:CitriodiolĀ® is our registered trade name for the active Eucalyptus citriodora oil, hydrated, cyclized (EC Oil (H/C)), also known as āOil of Lemon Eucalyptusā (OLE).Approved by leading regulatory authorities around the world, CitriodiolĀ® is as effective as synthetic actives such as DEET and far superior to other natural alternatives.CitriodiolĀ® typically contains about 71% p-methane-3,8-diol (PMD)*, and is synergistically enhanced by the remaining naturally occurring plant oil constituents not contained in synthetic PMD, increasing its overall repellency. *min.64%PRODUCED BY NATURECitriodiolĀ® is a naturally sourced active ingredient found in many insect repellents worldwide. This plant based active substance is sustainably and ethically sourced and has first-rate efficacy comparable to synthetic active substances, such as DEET.BACKED BY SCIENCECitriodiolĀ® is produced from the distilled oil of Eucalyptus citriodora trees (also known as Corymbia citriodora) using an accelerated process that mimics what naturally occurs in the leaf, by converting the citronellal content into p-menthane-3,8-diol (PMD).The only thing I wish they would fix for the future is the cap is very loose. I have to keep it in a ziplock bag when I put it in the travel bag.

Do not buy this product. The scent is awful!
The scent is so terrible I cannot use the product. It caused nasal congestion, coughing , raspy voice, watery eyes. Although I did not use it on my face, it caused my skin to burn and my face turned very red; and, I got a headache. This was from the scent, only. Unfortunately, I am out $26 because the product is not returnable.

The product information page says that this is eligible for refund or replacement but then when I tried to return it, it says it can't be returned.
