Well, with my first impression I really would love to give this only one star. This smell does not appeal to me at all and almost makes me feel dizzy or something. It seems to be high quality and well packaged. It also comes with a great little suggestion guide for other essential oils as well. I will give this a try tonight to see if it helps, I'm a bit nervous however because I just think it smells gross. It smells like licorice and a little lavender. I love Lavender but this combination is all wrong for me so far. Hopefully it will surprise me. Will Update after I try it. Update! I used this last night as suggested on the back of the bottle. I rubbed it into my feet diluted into olive oil after my shower. WOW. I was asleep within 15 minutes. I was planning on watching some tv, but I began to feel too relaxed and thought ok, I'll just read the suggestion guide they included with this oil. I began to notice I wasn't comprehending and had to re-read a few lines and then, the next thing I remember is my bf was already in bed and the lights were out! I'm going try it again tonight and if I get the same effect I will keep the four stars :) I have been impressed because initially I felt this was going to be useless based on its detering smell. I guess it's not meant for its aroma, but it's physiological affects. Will Update to rule out the factor that I may have just been exhausted. I feel this oil worked. Update: Still great! I've actually grown to appreciate the smell better. It's still not a smell I'd wear or purposely smell for aromatherapy, but it definitely works for me when applied as per instructions. I also dream more while using this. Not sure if I'd repurchase, but I am glad I bought it and I would recommend if you need the sleep help. It works for me. Update: so I've grown to no longer be offended by the scent. It's not something you'd buy as a perfume imo but its ok as far as scents go, just kind of weird. Update 2/13/15 This stuff is great! Maybe my initial dislike of the scent were my pregnancy/nursing hormones altering my sense. I consider that because now over a year without those excess hormones I find this scent very nice and comforting! My husband liked this scent the first day it arrived. It works for both of us and our fussy toddler. We diffuse it as well as apply to the soles of our feet. I like this brand a lot.

The scent is pleasant and well balanced, not too strong or overpowering. I like using it in a diffuser, especially in the evening. The oil feels high quality and the aroma is calming and clean. Overall, a nice essential oil blend.

This is by far my favorite, I keep forgetting to order more but way better then a candle and not super overwhelming very soft and peaceful scent. I was gifted a pack and this one was the first gone

Im loving this oil!! I rub it on my wrists at bedtime and the scent is perfect. Not too strong but you notice it. I don’t smell it when I wake up so it wears off over the night. I struggle to sleep and this is a nice addition to my nighttime routine. I will definitely reorder.

Eden garden products are my favorite when it comes to essential oils. They are great quality at an affordable price. Don't waste your money with other companies. This product causes a relaxing night of sleep, and it smells amazing. Nice!

I should tell yall it smells horrible so yall don’t go buying it up and leave it out of stock for me. Im a massage therapist and this is my fav. I mean… it’s disgusting 🙃

I've loved all the Eden's Garden blends I've tried so far (as well as all the individual oils) But this one is my favourite of the blends. It's just perfect for what I wanted it for. I tend to use the blends pretty much only to diffuse as I am meditating. Not that I had a idea what méditation actually might "smell" like if it had an odour. But if it did have an odour I bet it'd be close to this smell. It smelka like the great outdoors to me. Like leaves, pinecones, and all sorts of beautiful greenery and plantlife. To me the goal of meditation is to feel more and more connected to nature and the world around us, and all that's in it and part if it. A beautiful nature scent like this could only help with this. In a green diffuser, even better. It strikes me that it'd be a really great autumn scent too.

Honestly this is like my top-rated essential oil right now! Love the smell and it actually helps with stress relief! I was not expecting much but you try anyway! And I’m just gonna say if you don’t own this oil yet you have to try it! Literally my favourite!

I was advised after making my purchase that this product is of poor quality! I was disappointed. However I am new to the essential oils and didn't want to spend a lot of money. The price was reasonable and I advised the nay sayers that this particular oil did exactly what I hoped. .....Every morning I add the oil to my diffuser and turn it on about a half and hour before going to bed. The room smells great and within a short amount of time I am asleep. I will certainly be buying this pull again.
