Great product line, with fantastic range, and flawless proformace. It’s an easy install and the app is intuitive and without glitches. I would recommend this line of products to anyone. As a lifelong electrical installer, I was impressed by the seamless installation ease and integration.

I am very satisfied with these sensors. They are easy to set up/connect, have a long range even through multiple walls, and work perfectly with Home Assistant. Highly recommended!

This is my impression after installation a couple of hours ago. Frankly, I'm impressed with the product on several fronts. I have a gate 850 ft from the house through a few yaupons and fir trees. I expected to have problems between the contact sensor (YS7707-UC) and the hub (YS1604-UC) but I taped the sensor to the gate maybe 2 ft from the ground. It has not missed a gate event yet! The nice part is that I can stand at my gate and see the notifications on my phone instantly. Instructions are clear and written in fluent english The web site has instructions in pdf as well, so you can keep them on your phone. The technology has the sensor out at the gate sending data events by LORA radio to the hub. The hub sits at the house and is connected to your wifi. App notifications obviously have to be routed through a big brother server somewhere, but the YS1604 hub is compatible with Home Assistant, so I will be exploring local control down the road. I thought I would have an issue between the reed relay and the magnet as the gate has some slop in it. Turns out the reed relay works with the magnet as far as 3/4" away, so that hasn't been a problem at all. We will see how it holds up to this fierce Texas heat, but so far I am very impressed.

I live on about 1 acre of land. I have 4 gates into my back yard. I also have 4 dogs. I needed to know when the gates were ajar so I could keep the dogs from running off. These are weather proof and cover the distance between my gates fine. The only issue I have is the hub had intermittent contact with one of the sensors. I realized there were two brick walls between the hub and the sensor so I bought a second sensor and placed it closer to where the problem sensor was and all 4 sensors report fine now. If I had more gates I would order more of these. I have mine integrated with Home Assistant as my home automation system.

I purchased this equipment to replace a mailbox sensor from another vendor which didn't work reliably over a distance of approximately 100 feet. The only obstruction was one pane of glass. The YoLink sensor and hub mounted in the same locations work flawlessly and during testing connected over significantly longer distances, even with the hub located inside an interior equipment closet with no line of sight to the sensor. Setup was straight-forward using the YoLink app on my Android phone. The app provides local alerts through the speaker on the Hub. The app also includes links to "Third-Party Services" including Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT. I used the Alexa integration to configure my system so that when the mailbox is opened Alexa announces that "Mail has arrived". The Alexa integration also communicates with a TP-Link smart bulb in my kitchen which turns on to provide a visual indication when the mailbox has been opened. After I retrieve the mail, I can say "Alexa turn mailbox light off" and the alert light turns off. While I was setting up the system I posted a question on YoSmart's support web site about integrating the "Open Reminder" feature of the sensor with Alexa. I received a detailed response from Eric at YoSmart within less than a day. He suggested a solution that I had not considered which addressed my need. I had additional follow-up questions which he responded to within hours. Truly exceptional support! Based on my initial experience with the YoLink contact switches and SpeakerHub I plan to purchase additional YoLink devices to extend my home automation.

The options for outdoor contact sensor solutions is limited. These appeared to be truly weather resistant and have good reviews. I see why. It is not a pretty solution, but that was less important than "good" solution. They have been working very well. We have had several heavy rains and these are entirely exposed. Great job Yolink.

finally bit the bullet and replaced my shed door and outside gates z-wave sensors with a LoRa solution and this YoLink system really did the trick. Installed in under 20 minutes and has been rock solid this past 6+ months. Easy to add additional sensors with the included hub and this was instantly recognized by my Home Assistant installation.

This thing wad easy to install, activate and use. Love the overall automation app and how well integrated it all is. No regrets at all. Now, I've got their water sensors and I'll be getting the temperature gizmos soon.

I use the YoLink SpeakerHub with two outdoor gate sensors, one on each gate, and it has been fantastic. I always worried about a gate being left open where I couldn’t see it, especially with my dogs. Now I get notified right away when a gate is opened, closed, or left open too long, and I can even ask Alexa the status before letting the dogs out. Setup was straightforward, notifications are reliable, and the system has given me real peace of mind. Highly recommend for anyone with pets or property to keep secure.

Perfect for outdoor use. Stays connected to wifi hub great. Great distance. Can now tell if far our back our of sight gate on 1/2 acre property is closed before letting dog out the back door to roam!

One gate contact goes offline occasionally for no apparent reason. Otherwise the system works great.
