Does the job flawlessly

I love this spoon spatula. I don’t have a lot of silicone in my kitchen, as I’ve hung onto my old timey tools rather than spending the money on newer versions of the same… like my Rubbermaid spoon spatula from the 80’s which can’t be used with high heat, yet there have been many-many high-heat instances where a more flexible tool than wood/metal sure would make life easier. I looked at many silicone spoon spatulas before landing on this one, and think the right choice was made. The the entire thing is firm with a nice amount of flexibility near the top of the spoon and around the edges, the shape is perfect and the handle has a good length (much longer than the old Rubbermaid). My kitchen has small areas of ox blood red in it so I bought the red spatula, which is a subtle variation of the ox blood shade - not a real red-red, so it fits with the kitchen.

I've been using these (I bought 2) now for a couple months so feel comfortable in writing a review (i hate when reviews are given after only being used a couple times because they haven't been used long enough to give a fair review) I love love love these utensils - they are soft yet strong. They have replaced my wooden spoons and dont regret it at all. The spoon scoop and length of handle are perfectly sized for me. The silicone utensils that you get at retail stores work well for the most part, but don't compare to these.. not even close. They are typically made in 2 parts wheat these are made as one It is sold as a mixing spoon/spatula but I've only used it for stove top cooking (mixing) and serving spoon. It's my go to for just about everything. Sooooo glad I got them ! Don't hesitate - you won't regret it !
