Started leaking on the second day and stopped working on the 3rd day.. i usually trust amazon reviews but this time i’ve decided to ignore them and purchase this worthless device… well guess what? I failed.If you are reading this, save your money are don't purchase it, i have just started the return process

Every 10 seconds it makes a mechanism whirring sound for a few seconds each time. So we couldn’t use it in our bedroom, or even our en-suite. Pumps out a powerful smell as we used a pure oil.

I gave this as a house warming gift. They love it! It’s nicely designed, simple, unobtrusive.

If you want to diffuse essential oils for their medicinal values, then you definitely want a nebulizer. This means you are diffusing the oil without altering/destroying its therapeutic properties (unlike other types of diffusers that mix it with water or use heat). Some people who left negative reviews tried to add water to the bottle. DO NOT ADD WATER. This will gunk up the system. I wouldn’t even use a carrier oil to dilute the essential oils. If you don’t want to use up your expensive oils, but still want to diffuse them for the scent, I would dilute them with another, inexpensive but neutral-smelling essential oil. Bergamot and Copaiba balsam are pretty light.I have only used pure, undiluted essential oils in this diffuser and it has worked beautifully. A little oil goes a long way! It’s quiet, charges quickly and runs for a long time. It shuts off without a sound when the oil runs out or the battery is dead - no beeping at night. I can let it run, go out to garden for a while, come back and the second I walk in the door, it smells like fresh flowers. This diffuser fills a big space for sure. The instructions are simple, so read them. It’s also an elegant design. I take it with me in my car, too. Or, I diffuse lavender oil for my anxious dog if she is home alone or can’t sleep. It seriously works better than the anti-anxiety pills the vet gave her!One thing some people don’t know (just in case): there are so many fake or highly diluted “essential oils” being sold, it’s important (for your heath) to do your research and make sure you are getting pure, high quality oils (there are lists of legit companies you can find online). They will be more expensive, but it’s worth it if you’re going to be breathing them in all day/night, especially oils like rose, helichrysum, Roman/German chamomile and jasmine, which are so often fake.

Doesn’t dispense the product at all. Very disappointing. Save your money until they make a better waterless dispenser.

if i set the timer for 1hour, i would expect it to mist every hour, no, on your model, if i set the timer for 1 hour, it sprays for the duration of 1 hour almost constantly. very poor logic for something i should just plug in and forget about.
