So here goes for those that will need this stuff one day— Antibiotics for dental surgery caused problems. One dose Monistat seemed to work but three days later symptoms return. Very effective at treating odors. I usually use it for a day ot two occasionally to help keep all fresh, or about 5-7 days if there's actually an infection. Can absolutely tell when it restores pH as the area will gush fluid maybe 20 or so hours later when rebalanced. It's nice to get a confirmation like that that there is an actual positive effect.
