This was my first soft box so I took some time to do some online research. As I had also ordered an Amaran light, I decided to get their soft box also. Some reviews on YouTube indicated that it was cumbersome to set up because one has to hand push the rods in place - But I found it to be quite easy. I had the umbrella section assembled in about 90 seconds - without ever having done it before. The inner small diffusor has to be inserted in one direction only I discovered or else the velcro will not reach. It also comes with 2 other main diffusors of different strengths and the grill action - which can all be velcro attache in place. Overall, I'm quite pleased with it where quality is concerned and is good value for money, while at the same time, it doesn't look cheap but quite professional.
