So effective, and delicious!
My son discovered these while we were on vacation in another state. The whole family has been drinking them ever since. We couldn't find any locally, so thank goodness for Amazon! All of the flavors I have tried have been great, but Cherry and Blueberry are my favorites. I have a subscription to have them delivered monthly so I don't forget, and I still can't find them locally. I have been seeing the wellness ones recently, but not the probiotics. I will just keep having them delivered to my door :)

Great way to get my probiotics
The taste of the various karmas is enjoyable. I wish the packaging was better though. Sometimes it’s very difficult to get the flavoring released from the cap.

Great taste
Very good taste. Not as many strains as other probiotic things for whatever that's worth. You're getting this for the taste more so than the # of probiotic strains/cultures. Something is better than nothing, especially when it tastes good!!

Meh flavor, good benefits!
Major update: I'm not certain how long this has been going on, but not all of this water has the probiotic. Maybe I'm stupid, but it's noticeable for my condition. I've since moved to lacto bacillus coagulans by itself. I'm a big proponent of being eco-friendly, and after several bags of giant useless water bottles and the potential for micro-plastics from tearing plastic using their special cap, I can no longer justify buying this product. The actual product is a tiny bit of powder in the cap, and the rest just feels so wasteful that it's hard for me to enjoy. Just put the stuff in a small paper packet already! It would reduce the price by 50%! Anyway, I'm dropping the rating due to competition beating their offering by quite a lot in both price and environment.Let's get this out of the way: The flavor isn't anything special. It's tasty, but about as flavorful as those shaved ice balls you'd see in fairs and amusement parks. It's worth about $0.50 to me.That said, I'm 99% sure this just reversed an ulcerative colitis flare-up and put me into remission. And that's something far, far beyond expectations considering the circumstances.I have severe ulcerative colitis to the extent that I've been a day or two from death multiple times. Alcohol for a week will put me in the hospital and I'll walk out owing $100,000 at sub-100lbs as a 5'10" male. It's real bad, and none of the meds work for more than a year. This Karma water was in a food truck that rolled up to my place of business, and I wanted the food truck owner to come back often, so I bought it because it was the only thing I could consume without potential hospitalization, and a coworker was getting it despite having no gut problems (at $3.50 a pop haha!). He just thought the push-cap thing was neat. So I drank it, and over the next couple of agonizing days my symptoms from an oncoming flare-up dissipated ever-so-slightly, but very noticeable to someone who watches their body like it might escape. I immediately bought two cases , and it's been less than two weeks yet the vast majority of my symptoms have vanished!I'm not in perfect shape yet (it takes a long time for full healing of intestines, like 6 months), but the only other time this has ever happened in the 30 or so flare-ups I've experienced, hardcore doses of corticosteroids were the only thing that could make this happen. These things may be expensive, but to someone like me, it has thus far paid for itself and potentially saved me tens of thousands of dollars and months of pure misery. That said, the trend for my particular situation is that drugs and solutions only work for a while, so I'm thinking this little miracle is a one-time thing or maybe even placebo, but until the next flare-up, this expensive flavored water is innocent until proven guilty.Mine haven't been moldy btw. I'll knock a star off if that happens, and I'll update if a flare-up makes it through regular consumption (though I won't knock a star off if it doesn't work the second time; I'm so truly thankful for even one time escaping the pain).edit: So it definitely works for me, 100% certain. I haven't had a flare-up since I wrote the post, which is miraculous on its own, but I also got pretty close to the downward spiral and with a good amount of symptoms, but then resumed drinking this product, and it actually reversed it. Your results may vary or not even happen, but it took about a week for me.That said, I really want to knock a star off and give it 4 stars. After a while of drinking these, even at 1 every two days, I can stack up bags and bags of giant thick plastic bottles with a giant thick plastic cap on the top for what amounts to a pointless gimmick. Rather than a box of 12 bottles for $2+ each, why not 100 small packets that I add to my own drink for a dollar each? I always carry a water bottle, so having these giant unwieldy plastic monstrosities piling up everywhere feels extremely wasteful, and I'd go so far as to say my Karma goes down the moment I finish one of these. For my own purposes I'll still give it 5 stars, but if you don't have some horrendous condition that happens to be helped by this product, I can't imagine giving 5 stars.
