Comfortable, Lightweight, and Dries Super Fast
These Zhuanglin water shoes are awesome for all my outdoor water adventures! They fit great—snug but comfy—and the quick-drying material means I’m not stuck with soggy shoes after a swim or hike through streams. The soles have good grip, which makes them perfect for slippery rocks or wet surfaces. Plus, they’re lightweight enough to wear all day without feeling heavy. If you’re looking for affordable, reliable water shoes that actually work, I’d definitely recommend these!

Comfortable, good traction on wet rocks, holding up well after 2 yrs, good value - I'd buy again!
I am finishing up my 2nd summer with these and I am very, very pleased with them. I use them several times a week for mountain river/lake swimming and for river crossings on trails. They are very comfortable, stay in place on my feet, have nice cushioning, and so far, have held up really well with really no signs of wear - - a great deal for $20. I used to carry flip-flops on backpacking trips to wear at camp, but now I just use these, nearly as light and a lot more comfortable. I see some comments about hiking in these - - I wouldn't even attempt it. These are for water, not for trails IMO. Good traction on wet rocks when climbing out of the river/lakes.

Good shoe. Exactly as I was expecting. Needed white sole boat shoes that drain well.
So far so good. Fit is good, comfortable enough to wear. Perfect for wearing on my boat.

Amazingly light and comfortable. An excellent deal.
Very impressed. I was actually concerned about the amount of cushion in these extremely light shoes - I am a supinator, so typically require more cushioned shoes. I was pleasantly surprised when I comfortably wore these a multiple full day excursions over the last month. Incredibly light weight and breezy cool. Since water simply passes through these, I would not consider wearing with socks, but suitable for what I consider SoCal formal. The gray is perfect for that. If you expect you step into the smallest of puddles, expect your feet to get wet, but they dry quickly and not uncomfortable during the drying time. Due to the softness and the large vents in the sole, I do encounter some times when I need to stop to extract a stone picked up by the underside. Once wedged in there, you may need a tool (I used a key) to remove it. My greatest concern was if I was walking through diamonds then followed it with a walk over a glass floored observation bridge. If you expect to encounter these conditions, you may ask the diamond lab to provide tyvek shoe covers - otherwise, you'll probably be okay. Fit and comfort An interesting observation regarding the width: I have an average width foot (D) and my brother has difficulty find shoes to accommodate his extra wide foot- yet, he was surprised how comfortable my shoe was. I wear a 9.5 in both dress and athletic shoes and that same size was perfect for my Zhuanglin shoes. I was a little nervous about potential binding of the light neoprene at the top of the shoes. I have had sand socks and river shoes that gripped too tightly and were uncomfortable after sustained wear. This was not an issue here. Again, the fit and comfort were just right for street/beach wear (you would probably select alternate footwear for Class II+ whitewater) I have shown these off to relatives and coworkers and I expect to see them wearing them soon. You can't go wrong with the price.

Great fit, used them several times at the beach. Have become my favorite water shoes.

Seems a bit overrated here
I purchased these as a replacement for an older pair of Sperry Son-R water shoes that I've had for years. Out of the box, you'll immediately notice that these are extremely lightweight. I wore them all day yesterday and have a few insights... 1) These are not of the same quality as the Sperry shoe - these are much lighter and I don't believe they'll hold up as well longer term. The Sperry's were capable of long hikes on rocky terrain - I wouldn't use these for that purpose. 2) The sole pattern on these is terrible for small rock substrate. My yard has 1/4" to 1/2" sized volcanic rock and these things pick up the rocks again and again. The rocks get lodged in the drainage holes on the bottom of the sole and won't come out. I didn't have any poke up into my foot, but you can definitely tell they are there and you'll want to pull them out. 3) These offer almost no protection to the top of the foot - the fabric/mesh is barely there - you can see your foot/toes through the shoe. 4) The holes in the bottom are big enough that I suspect a sharp thorn or branch could poke into your foot. The Sperry's have a more traditional and more substantial sole. For the price, they seem decent but I wouldn't recommend these for anything other than pool or beach use, lake or boat use without any sort of substantial hike, or perhaps washing your car or other low impact applications on solid ground. On the plus side, they are quite comfortable due to how light they are.
