I thought I had a great grasp on boundaries and wanted to read this as a way to refresh my knowledge. Michelle did a great job of hitting all of the marks and even little slivers of information that I had never thought of to create an even deeper everyday understanding of boundaries. I passed it onto my teenage son who has been asking about boundaries with his friends and I have no doubt he will also get great easy to digest guidance. Michelle left no stone unturned on the subject of learning many aspects of boundaries. Great writing and knowledge!
