Heavy-Duty All-Steel Sharpshooter Shovel - Weighted Long Handle and Hardened/Heat-Sharpened Chromoly 15 Inch Head

It has a crazy-thick clear plastic sleeve which I though was rather dumb. As it turns out it's a REALLY good, non-slip, comfortable surface that makes this a pleasure to use. I have several "hole diggers" but this is the only one that will pound a narrow hole into dense, very hard soil. I then use the "Clam hole-digger" to clear the dirt. Nothing does what this does.Expensive but worth it. You'll never need to replace it and you WILL use it if you dig holes.

This shovel is a must for anyone who plans on having to take out large amounts of bushes/stumps. We had to remove all the large bushes around our deck when we moved in because they were too big and weeds/vines all tangled up with them. My not quite high school aged child took 4 of these stumps out in under an hour with this thing. The handle is so long you get insane amount of leverage when prying out roots. Well made the handle doesn’t flex or bend when I put my full weight on it. Has pulled out over a dozen root clusters/stumps of 20 year old bushes and no signs of fatigue in the welds holding the shovel portion on. It is pricey but man does it save time and frustration.

Great product just wish the handle was about 18” shorter. Long handle! Might be good for some but for what I need a bit shorter handle would be best. Nothing I can’t cut down though.

I purchased this due to its sturdiness. I can't imagine it breaking under even heavy use. If broken somehow it can just be welded and be good to go.

Perfect for digging post holes, and trenching. It will last many lifetimes.

I do much digging, unfortunately. This is a beast, quality made. I would definitely recommend it, a must-have.
