Mobile pain relief
The shoulder is a difficult place to keep and ice-pack or a hot-pack. This device is extremely useful to maintain the heat or ice on the shoulder, and still allow movement and somewhat normal activity while maintaining the pain relief. The device is adjustable and usable for either shoulder, very easy to use, and was a great asset to me both before and after my rotator-cuff repair surgery.

Impressed
I'm not a small girl, so I was worried about this not fitting me, but it does with room to spare! (I'm 5'3 and 185 lbs.) Not only that, but it works very well on my rotator cuff tear. The injury is quite painful and having to hold ice packs to my shoulder is a pain in the a**.I will be ordering more of the ice packs, but wanted to make sure that this fit well before doing so.If you have any kind of shoulder injury, then I highly recommend this shoulder strap/ice pack.

Works ok. It’s just very difficult to put on.

I love this product
I had a two year struggle with a rotator cuff injury where I was unable to move my arm without tremendous pain and after taking numerous prescription pain killers, expensive visits to the chiropractor and massage therapies, I decided to purchase this product. I reviewed many testimonials of others who tried it and I decided to give it a try. After a few weeks of wearing this product I began to feel relief and after a few months I was able to raise my arms all because this product forced me to rest my arm by restricting my arm movements. I would recommend this product to anyone who has had a similar challenge because it did wonders for me.

Doesn't keep the shoulder immobile enough
I got this in the mail today and have been wearing it all night...giving it a shot. The ice pack is a great feature, but the brace itself doesn't immobilize the shoulder enough to give me any pain relief. I know the only thing that's going to help is to have surgery, but can't right now so desperate for temporary measures, besides pills. I wouldn't recommend this for a torn rotator cuff, maybe for a shoulder sling or to hold an ice pack, but not much else.

Much more comfortable!
I purchased this item after sustaining a grade II AC joint separation. I was given a sling at the ER, but pressure on the injury was much more comfortable. This shoulder brace comes with Annie pack, and a mesh insert to place it, which is even more perfect. There are two adjusters on the upper portion (chest and back) and the bicep adjuster. Soft Velcro that didn’t destroy the shirt I was wearing, and it’s cushioned enough so it’s not digging. I’ve had it on about an hour and it’s immobilized but I can still use my hand (although I probably shouldn’t lol) but I can also hook my thumb in the strap when the weight of my arm is getting uncomfortable. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

Difficult to use.
This product is difficult to put on if you have a shoulder problem. Considering that is the only reason to use it, it simply is not practical. I am a small person and the small was too tight to secure, yet the shoulder portion puckers up, rendering it useless for support. I will contact the seller regarding this issue.

Too Small, Hard Ice Pack
I have flabby arms, so this brace almost doesn’t fit around my arm. The velcro strap needs to be longer. For my particular injury (shoulder SLAP tear), it would also be better if the arm strap wasn’t directly under my arm, because I’m unable to lift my arm up that way (imagine as if you’re putting on deodorant). It was also very difficult to position on my shoulder with a frozen ice pack, because it gets hard in the freezer. Refrigerating or using it as a heat pack is better. It offered no stability for my shoulder either. I need my upper arm to remain immobile so I don’t aggravate my shoulder SLAP tear. An additional strap that goes under my breasts would be ideal. I can use my arm from the elbow down, just not above the elbow.
