I have one major problem with this chair and this perhaps is the most important part of the rocker. The back piece is very straight. It does not let your back relax at all. All of the other poly rockers I have are slightly tilted back and are much more comfortable. I wish I had spent a few more dollars and purchased a "Polywood" brand rocker.

I love everything about this chair (seems durable, love the "royal" color although it was advertised to be navy, and the look of it, but like other reviewers commented it is NOT comfortable. The back is way too upright. Add a cushion and you're leaning forward almost. I wish they would redesign it to lean back more as that's what a rocking chair is for. If I could find another brand like this that did recline more, I'd send these back, but Polywood is out of stock with no date in sight to be able to order them.

I have purchased a total of 5 of these chairs. They are pretty simple to assemble - I found the instructions to be pretty clear, but am pretty good with that sort of thing - so I didn't pay that close attention to just how good they were. Quality of the material is really good. I expect these to last a long time either indoors or out. I also like some of the detail of this product vs. some of the competitors (i.e. hand hole in the back for moving), and found the pricing on this particular product to be better than other similar items. Very happy with the purchase.

This rocking chair sits outside by my door. The seat is extra wide and the feel is solid and comforting. I already know this will last for years. Nothing like the other outdoor plastic chairs. This one is very thick and solid. I have one small fear ... someone might steal it lol

We were looking forward to receiving our chairs, especially given all the great reviews and photos provided by other customers. Chair 1 of 2 arrived today with one end of the box completely missing and the opposite end gaping open. We aren't even going to attempt putting it together since it's highly unlikely to include everything in this state. We are returning whatever is left in this box. Not feeling too optimistic about the second chair that's due to arrive in a couple of days, either. Such a shame!
