Autoseal water bottle, 32oz, dragon fruit and blue corn the cortland chill 2.0? stainless steel insulated? if not, i need to cancel my order.

The stainless is not insulated per se' - but I can leave it in my school bus all day and the water stays as Cold as when I first put it in in the morning :)

I toss mine into my bag with no problems. Just give it a secure twist and it should be good to go with no leaks. I have several of these and have not had an issue.

Why does this take 1 to 2 months to ship I really want one

I got mine in less than a week.

How do I contact customer support? Have received two bottles where the seal on the lid is twisted and doesn’t work!

Unfortunately, you have to use a toothpick to straighten out rubber seal. I think it twist when washing with hot water. I’ve experienced it in past and hate having to keep checking before screwing on lid.
