We love Peets Big Bang k cups. Always lots of flavor and strength. Not weak. I noticed they use what appears to be an inner fabric filter that not all coffee brand k cups use. Maybe that helps make the difference.

Good Bold Flavor for a Medium Roast, and No Bitterness
I'm not a coffee expert, but I have tried many different brands and roast levels. This Peet's "Big Bang" Medium Roast is just about the best I've found. It's only real competitor, in my opinion, is the Seattle's Best "Portside" Medium Roast. Both seem to be on the Bold side of Medium, with no bitterness. The Peet's "Big Bang" seems slightly smoother, but the Seattle's Best "Portside" has a slightly stronger flavor. In contrast to this smooth Peet's blend, Starbucks' popular "Pike Place" Medium Roast is noticeably bitter, not smooth. (Note: I don't know whether the Seattle's Best product will change at all now that Nestle owns the brand, which used to be owned by Starbucks.)

Perk Up?
A smooth deep taste that is great for getting yourself going. I found that i enjoy this brand more in the mornings to get a good start for the day. I use a coffee scooper which does it just fine. If you want mote punch then get the stronger one. Finally you can smell the coffee as it’s brewing.

Not my usual flavor, but in K cup form, fantastic
I love Peet’s coffee. I usually buy the French roast (dark) when I make at home and scoop my own grounds. For some reason the French Roast is too strong when I make the K Cups at work.I started buying this because I figured a medium roast would solve my problem, and it did. It’s less bitter and very smooth. The flavor is great. This 48 count box of k cups is a good price and lasts one person for weeks.
