I use this and flavoring to add to yogurt and freeze for my ninja creami. Easy to use as a flavoring and thickener, no texture issues, blended right in. Definitely buying extra flavoring helped in my application. Bought awhile back and have enjoyed the product, good quality and doesn’t go off even after the expiration date (when stored properly). Went to reorder but it’s jumped 30% in price so unfortunately for this company I’m buying the dry ingredients separately and will make my own mix.

Mixes a bit funny/chunky , but smoothes out as it stiffens, though there's bubbles. Taste is definitely not cheesecake, more like cheesecake adjacent super sweet pudding. Doesn't stiffen as much as the major brands and the taste isnt great or cheesecake I'd definitely go with the trusted jello brand if you want actual no bake cheesecake.
