Pros: Bedtime was always a fight but that is no longer the case. We’ve only had it a little over a week and my 8-year-old grandson loves it so far. No assembly required. It just sprang open once removed from the packaging. Cons: I would have preferred velcro closures over zippers & it took about 2 weeks to arrive, which is odd for Amazon.

I did not put the mattress in the tent I just put a memory foam mattress topper in it. That works fine, is much easier, and gives you more head room. ***** The hardest part of assembly for me was finding the holes for the poles. They are on the outside/top of the tent and I expected them to be inside. They are on the bottom of the tent (the end with side openings) and have tiny zipper closures. On all 3 poles I had to climb into the tent and guide the pole the last foot to the head and then go back to the end to finish. I assembled this by myself and it was fairly easy considering the size of it. The instructions are sewed into the case like a label. ***** Be careful when you open it. As soon as I un-snapped the closures it popped open which was startling and funny. I knocked over a nearby lamp which was thankfully fine. ***** I was pleasantly surprised that this comes with a travel case and is fairly small when folded. Mine is a blue queen size and in the photo it is on a full sized bed. I put the tape roll on the packed tent as an extra size reference. ***** It works ok using the queen sized on the full bed. I did have some trouble getting it balanced with equal overhang on each side, but it worked. The tent edges just drop down a bit below the matrress rather than sticking out. This was necessary for me because the bed in one of the houses this will be used for is a queen and at the other house a full. I am confident it will also work on the living room floor with a twin air mattress in it when I need it for that. ***** I have not yet tried folding it up and putting it back in the case. ***** This does not block all light but it does well. With a very bright overhead light on above you can see inside well enough to find a teddy bear even with everything closed. Most people could easily sleep inside with bright light outside. In the morning with the interior lights off it was entirely dark inside, even with the bottom opened, in spite of the street lights and sunrise coming through the curtains to the rest of the room. ***** I just received this yesterday so I can say nothing about durability etc... ***** It arrived in a plastic bag not a box and when you opened the shipping bag their was no other packaging. It did not smell bad.

Easy set up, works as expected. Would purchase again if needed.

I originally received a bed tent that was damaged with rods that had snapped but I contacted the seller and they unhesitatingly sent me a new one! It's everything I needed, keeps the bugs out and keeps the light out. The only thing is I wish the 2 big sides had a zippered mesh cover like the front and back do because I get kind of hot in it. Otherwise, it's great! 5 stars for their customer service👍

So far so good. I installed this tent on my sons bed to stop the cat from getting on it. For aome reason my cat marks in my sons room, even though he is neutered. Anyways, it was very easy to install, ot creates a really nice “hiding spot” for my son to get away from our cats or dog! The two screens at the head and feet are perfect to aerate the tenr. It doesn’t get hot and stuffy. There are 2 little straps to hold up the large opening flaps. It has corner ties to secure the etent really nicely to a bed frame. Love this tent!
