Beautiful love story with ups and downs. Easy to read and discover the connection between two, funny how things add up together and such a small world we live in.

Great story, but the nicknames? blergh.
I enjoy this authors writing style. This is the 3rd book from her that I’ve read. I feel like I need a list of the order I should read the books in. Every time there is a character introduced that clearly has formerly been a main character takes me out of the story a bit.I appreciate the fact that, at least so far, there haven’t been inconsistencies between the books. When an author interconnects characters throughout their books I find sometimes there can be discrepancies and that, to me, is unforgivable. You should respect your readers by keeping track of your own storylines. I hope that continues as I read more from this prolific author. Can we talk for a minute about nicknames? It’s not enough to make me lower the rating, but the only reason I’m leaving this review is so I can get this off my chest. Someone named CaDENce is not going to be called Den and I highly doubt Cheyenne would be shortened to Enne (though I imagine it would sound like Anne, maybe? So dumb.) Stop trying to make fetch work.

Love awesome romance? You'll love this!❤
I love Deborah Bladons books and this is no exception. Beautifully written with feisty, enigmatic characters, a sizzling attraction and a lotta loving this is a real page turner that you'll find difficult to put down. Find yourself a comfortable spot, read and enjoy - I did! 💕💘❤👄💞

Another great story by Deborah!
TENSE Part 1Many characters from the past show up in this book and add to the feeling of familiarity to the character development. However, if you haven't read all of the author's previous works this will not hinder your enjoyment of the story at all. I found Sophia to be very down to earth and easily to relate to. Plenty of heat between Nicholas and Sophia as their relationship builds!I was so blown away at the end! I did not see the cliffhanger coming at all! I have loved every one of Deborah's books and this one does not disappoint!TENSE Part 2 was beyond my expectations, Terrific conclusion to the story! Deborah Bladon is one of my favourite authors, a MUST BUY! The drama that ended part 1 was realistically and satisfyingly resolved. Nick and Sophia's relationship grew from there, and another drama occurred. Cadence's pregnancy issues made me laugh out loud. The story was perfectly written from beginning to end. It has everything - sex, excitement, good friendships, descriptive NYC locations, and more drama. LOVED IT, and I can hardly wait for Crew's story!

This contains a major spoiler…
I really enjoy D. Bladon’s books. I’m almost done reading everything she’s published so far, however; I’m getting annoyed by both the extreme fertility of the characters and the frequent failures of birth control. Not everyone wants children as part of their happily ever after. Not everyone is delighted by an unplanned pregnancy. Also, speaking for myself, it’s a good thing that I decided when I was 11 that I didn’t want my own children and never changed my mind because in the end I never would have been able to have children for medical reasons.I have nothing against children. I taught middle school for almost 20 years and am devastated that medical issues are forcing me to retire.I also think that others who either don’t want or can’t have babies are likely to stop reading books with this common theme despite the author’s talent.
