Is it normal for almost every piece of biscotti to be broken????

The first order had a few broken pieces. The second was much worse. Packaging needs to be improved. Send a complaint in. They will probably give you some relief.

Not sure. Why don't you ask the Nonnis seller. I am sure you can freeze them, as they are individually wrapped.. All I know is we love them. They are some of the best on the market.
